Need help with a pool, invite, draft, scoring issue, or account problem? Start here.

Invite or join issue

Ask the commissioner for the invite link or 6-character code. Invite links should open Second Nine, then prompt sign-in or account creation before joining the pool.

Picks are locked

Picks lock when the commissioner locks the pool or when tournament scoring has started. Once locked, normal users cannot edit rosters.

Scores look delayed

Live scoring depends on third-party golf data. During active play, Second Nine checks for updates automatically and may lag official broadcasts briefly.

Draft did not save

Completed drafts finalize rosters server-side. If the leaderboard does not update after a minute, ask the commissioner to reopen the draft room or contact support.
