Second Nine collects only the information needed to run private fantasy golf pools: account identity, pool membership, picks, draft activity, chat messages, and app usage records needed for reliability and security.

Information We Collect

We may store your email, display name, username, profile photo URL, pool memberships, rosters, chat messages, draft actions, and scoring history. We also store operational timestamps such as sign-in, reset, and update times.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, display pool rosters and standings, operate drafts and picks, maintain history, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service.

Pool Visibility

Pool data is intended for members of that pool. Public profile data shown inside a pool is limited to display fields such as username, display name, and profile image. Email addresses are not returned through the pool profile display API.

Third Parties

Second Nine uses Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Vercel, and third-party golf data sources. Authentication and hosting providers may process technical data needed to operate the service.

Data Removal

If you need account or pool data removed, contact support with the account email and pool name. Some historical pool records may be retained when needed for commissioner records or abuse prevention.
